The Tree House has six air conditioned huts and five family cottages perfect for rustic country living inside a forest. The best part about this lodge are the private sit-outs which make it seem as if you are a character in Tarzan. While both the huts are suitable for two, the cottages come equipped for families, with a living room, a kitchenette and an open deck. The ambience of is rustic, even colonial, with just the right mix of comfort.
To maximise on the jungle experience, The Tree Top has not installed any TV set in the rooms.
The real gem of this lodge is the treehouse styled restaurant which overlooks the beautiful Ken River and the expanse of rocky wilderness. It serves up an simple yet delicious fare of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine which is light on the stomach.
Guests are welcome to laze around on the deck outside, reading a book and enjoying a steaming cup of coffee. There is also an in-house bar available for the guests.
Guests can make use of the library, luggage storage and laundry services. There is a travel desk where currency can be exchanged and further travel arrangements made. A car rental facility is available as is parking.

At The Tree Top, there is lots to do. Enjoy a lazy day on a boat safari down the Ken River, as the local boatmen row you away. Or take a jeep safari into the Panna National Park just a kilometer away from the lodge. The lodge organises its own safaris on 4×4 open jeeps, both in the morning and evening. Spot tigers, leopards, caracals(medium sized wild cat), wild dogs and hyenas here.
There are a lot many bird species at the Panna National Park for you to look out for like the White necked stork, Bareheaded Goose, Honey Buzzard, Blossom headed Parakeet and King Vulture amongst others.
Those who love hiking can visit the Raneh and Pandav waterfalls, both located inside the reserve forest. The Ken Gharial sanctuary is also nearby where you can catch a glimpse of gharials basking in the sun on a sultry afternoon.
Take a day trip to Khajuraho, a World Heritage Site famous for its temples, just 30 minutes from this Unhotel. The lodge organises guided tours for its guests who want to visit the beautiful forts of Rajgarh and Kalinjar.
