An idyllic farmstay that is reminiscent of the days of the British and their tea gardens. Sit out in the verandahs with a hot cup of masala chai and enjoy some farm fresh dollops of butter on the most delectable paranthas. Watch the ducks quacking about in their private pool. Challenge your sibling to a game of croquet. Learn some pottery. Or tee off from one of the golf courses just beyond the boundary walls.
Close enough for last-minute plans and far away from the city’s dust and pollution. The indulgent rustic vibe here is truly mesmerising.
This Unhotel has a cluster of three independent cottages. Romantic verandas wrap themselves around each house much like the ones in tea gardens and hill stations during the British era. Large glazed windows look out into the gardens outside. All bungalows are decked up tastefully with artifacts and artwork from a bygone era.
The kothi has three large suites with a veranda and a terrace. The rooms are inspired by the flat roof kothis of early 20th century Punjab. The suites represent different regions of Punjab and are furnished with period furniture and lavish decor. The flat stone rooftops are topped by a layer of mud phuska that keeps the building cool in the summers and warm in the winters.
The dining area is housed in the Orangery which also serves as a recreational area and is inspired by English conservatories, with glazed windows on all four sides and vaulted ceilings.
The Hideout offers parking and free Wi-Fi in some rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. There are parking facilities as well. Laundry service is available at an extra charge.
